Title Access
Access to the island is by way of an already constructed fixed bridge and there is only one internal road that provides access to 82 basement parking bays, and bays reserved for visitors.

Pedestrian movement:
St Tropez residents can access their units from the basement by means of a private staircase with direct access into the unit. Or from the lift lobbies attached to the basement. You can also access your apartment from the walk-ways around the central courtyard.

A control draw bridge on the East side of the island, allows controlled pedestrian access over the canal to and from the timber deck along the Gordon’s Bay Waterfront.

Along the canal that separates Antigua Island from St.Tropez there is a timber promenade that allows access to the draw bridge, waterfront shops and restaurants.

Vessel movement:
There are 20 moorings on the North West side of the island with access from the timber promenade. Provisions are made for five ramps for the exclusive use of the units fronting the main harbour. Small boats can be pulled out of the water and stationed in front of the dwelling. Vessel movement and traffic is controlled from the Harbour Master's offices situated adjacent to the Boat Angling Club.

To facilitate a pedestrian link between St. Tropez and the Gordon’s Bay Waterfront and beach, a draw bridge across the main canal will be constructed. The draw bridge has a 10 meter wide central portion that opens up with a hydraulic-system. This opening allows bigger boats and yachts to gain access to the internal basins and canals. There is a harbour depth of minus 3.2 mean sea level, which accommodates boats with a draft of up to 1.8m.

Architecture
Environmental factors such as orientation and predominant winds are taken into consideration.
Dwellings and outdoor entertainment areas have views towards the sea, the canals and the mountains.
Maximum privacy for each unit is of paramount importance.
Outdoor spaces are well connected to the water's edge by means of promenades and timber decks.
Parking is positioned underground therefore valuable land is made available for residential, communal and landscape areas.
The luxury apartments are elegantly designed and finished to your requirements. There are wonderful waterfront views from open balconies and every apartment boasts well designed living spaces.
St Tropez, the perfect location to live out your dreams.
St Tropez, just a dream away from sublime waterfront living.

St Tropez, a small, typical village, is very busy in the summer but in winter, it is just a Provencal fishing village on the shores of the Mediterranean. Famous the world over, it has become one of the international Jet Set's favourite haunts. The night life is particularly lively and is as much part of Saint-Tropez as the unavoidable petanque bowls games on the Place des Lices. The famous beaches of Saint-Tropez and Pampelonne are exceptional venues and are also highly appreciated.
St Tropez offers a host of restaurants serving a variety of culinary specialities, from French gastronomic cuisine to Mediterranean dishes via world food. The village also boasts many different types of accommodation: character hotels, luxury hotels and magnificent villas.
As for shopping, you will find boutiques selling all the top brands and luxury labels... and thanks to many qualified professionals, you can take advantage of an abundant choice of services (caterers, spas, boat rental agencies...).
